Diski Premium is $3.99 a month or $39.99 a year per server and adds unlimited Twitch streamers (every server gets one free), Kick, YouTube and TikTok alerts, RSS and Bluesky feeds, custom background images on welcome cards, and more of everything, from unlimited ticket panels and giveaways to extra starboards and stat channels. YouTube alerts include new videos, Shorts and premieres. Paying customers also get priority support and a Supporter role in our Discord server. Every other Diski module is free for every server — free servers just have lower limits on a few things, like ticket panels and giveaways — and subscriptions are what keep it that way. Premium is $3.99 a month, or $39.99 a year (about 16% less than paying monthly) — pick Monthly or Yearly on the Premium page before you check out. You pay by card through Stripe; subscriptions started earlier with PayPal keep billing through PayPal. Cancel at any time from this page: Premium keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no switch between monthly and yearly on an existing subscription — to change, cancel and subscribe again once the current period ends. Monthly card subscriptions can also pause billing for a month.
Paying customers get priority support: questions from Supporters are answered first in our Discord support server. The person who pays gets the Supporter role there — join the support server (linked on the Support page) with the Discord account you pay with.
Nothing is deleted. Twitch alerts beyond your first are paused — your first keeps working — and resume when the server has Premium again. Kick, YouTube and TikTok alerts are paused and resume automatically with Premium, from each streamer's next go-live. Feeds are paused and pick up from the next new item when Premium is back. Welcome cards keep your background image but use the built-in design until Premium is back. Anything beyond the free limits — a second ticket panel, extra giveaways, forms, starboards and so on — keeps working and stays editable; you just can't add more until you're back under the limit.
