Invite Tracker
The Invite Tracker records which invite link — and which member — every new join came through, and keeps a running invite score for each inviter. Check the leaderboard on the dashboard or with the /invites command in Discord, award bonus invites, hand out reward roles automatically as members reach invite milestones, and optionally log every join and leave to a channel. Use it to reward the members who grow your community.
Invite Tracker
The Invite Tracker is off by default. Turn it on or off with the switch in the page header — it saves as soon as you click it (trying to change a setting while it's off offers the same one-click Turn on). While it's on, Diski watches your server's invites and records who invited each new member; while it's off, no new joins or leaves are recorded, but existing stats are kept.
Log Channel
An optional channel where Diski posts a message each time a member joins or leaves, including who invited them and that inviter's new total. Leave it empty to turn join/leave logs off.
Fake Account Age (Days)
Accounts younger than this many days count as fake invites instead of regular ones, so throwaway accounts don't inflate the leaderboard. Fake invites (these, and members rejoining) show on the leaderboard, where they lower the total, but are left out of invite rewards and giveaway invite requirements entirely. Set it to 0 to treat every account as regular.
Count Leaves
When enabled, a member leaving the server subtracts one invite from whoever invited them — on the leaderboard and toward invite rewards. Turn it off if you only want joins to count. Switching it re-applies invite rewards straight away but never takes a reward away by itself.
Joins and leaves
Daily tracked joins against the members who later left, with running totals for today, the last 7 days and the range you pick. It counts what the tracker has recorded, so members who joined before you switched the tracker on are not included - and because a departure is matched to its join record, their later leave is not counted either. Days are bucketed in UTC.
Leaderboard
Every inviter's regular, leave, fake, and bonus counts, with the total computed as regular − leaves − fake + bonus. Search by name or ID and page through the full list; the top 10 is also available in Discord via /invites leaderboard.
Bonus Invites
Bonus invites are manual adjustments you award or deduct from the dashboard (or with /invites add and remove) — ideal for rewards, giveaways, or corrections. They're added on top of a member's tracked invites and count toward invite rewards.
Invite Rewards
Roles Diski gives automatically when a member's invite count reaches a number you choose (up to 25 rewards, 1–10,000 invites, each role once). The count is their regular plus bonus invites, minus leaves while Count leaves is on. Fake joins (rejoins and too-new accounts) still show on the leaderboard but never count toward rewards, so nobody can take someone's reward away by rejoining through their invite link — which also means the count can be higher than the leaderboard total (/invites view shows both when they differ). Rewards are checked whenever a member's count changes — someone joins or leaves through their invite, or you add or remove bonus invites — and when you save a changed reward list, reward mode or Count leaves setting, members who already qualify get their roles straight away (up to the 10,000 with the most invites; in a big server that can take a while). Rewards are only handed out while the Invite Tracker is on and to people still in the server; a member who leaves and comes back gets the rewards their count still earns a few seconds after they rejoin — unless your Security settings are acting on that join (account-age gate, lockdown or raid), in which case it waits until their count next changes. Diski's own role must sit above every reward role; managed roles, @everyone and roles with moderation or admin permissions can't be rewards, because anyone can grow an invite count with bonus invites or alt accounts. When a log channel is set, every reward given or taken back is logged there.
Reward Mode
Keep every reward lets members collect all the reward roles they have reached. Keep only the highest gives just the reward for the highest milestone reached and removes the lower reward roles — handy for rank roles like Recruiter, Ambassador and Legend. A lower reward is only removed once the new one was actually given, and only by a milestone the member's invite count has reached: holding a higher reward role some other way (given by hand, or kept after their count dropped) never takes away the rewards they earned.
Remove Rewards When Invites Drop
When on, a member whose invite count falls below a reward's threshold — because people they invited left (with Count leaves on) or bonus invites were removed — loses that reward (with Keep only the highest, they drop back to the next reward down). Fake joins never lower the count, so rejoining through someone's link can't cost them a reward. Only a real drop from at or above the threshold counts: resetting all invites, raising a threshold later or switching Count leaves never takes roles away by itself. Off by default, which means rewards are kept once earned.
