Use of the Bot

By using Diski, you agree to:

• Follow all applicable Discord policies and guidelines.
• Use the bot only for its intended purpose.
• Not engage in spam, abuse, or misuse of the bot.

Diski reserves the right to restrict or terminate access if a user violates these terms.

License & Restrictions

Diski grants users a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to interact with the bot. This license does not allow:

• Modifying, copying, or redistributing the bot.
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the bot.
• Using the bot for illegal or harmful activities.

Disclaimer

• Diski is provided "as is" with no warranties or guarantees.
• We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We are not liable for data loss, damages, or misuse resulting from using Diski.

Liability Limitation

In no event shall Diski or its developers be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Premium Subscriptions and Billing

• Diski offers an optional paid Premium subscription. Core features remain free; Premium unlocks additional functionality as described on the pricing page.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal, whichever you choose at checkout. By subscribing you also agree to that processor's terms.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected) and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from the dashboard or by contacting us. On cancellation, Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period and are not renewed.
• Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice of any change before it applies to your next renewal.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are generally not accepted.
• Refunds will only be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Updates and Modifications

• These Terms of Service may be updated at any time.
• Users will be notified of significant changes through Discord announcements or other communication methods.
