Diski offers an optional paid Premium subscription. All payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal, our third-party payment processors, depending on the method you choose at checkout.

• Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout (or handled entirely by PayPal). Diski never receives, sees, or stores your full card number, CVC, or other sensitive payment credentials.
• We store only non-sensitive billing records needed to manage your subscription: the Discord server the subscription applies to, the plan, its status, the billing email you provide, and the Stripe or PayPal subscription identifiers.
• Stripe and PayPal process your payment information as independent controllers under their own privacy policies (Stripe, PayPal).
• Refunds are handled as described in our Terms of Service.

g. Children's Privacy

Diski is intended for users aged 13 and older, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

h. User Rights and Data Deletion

• You have the right to request access to any personal data collected.

• Opting out of data collection may limit Diski's functionality.
