Before you message

Include your Discord server name (or its ID) and a short description of what you were doing. It lets us find your server straight away instead of asking twice.

About a charge

Diski subscriptions are billed through Stripe. If a charge looks unfamiliar, send us the date and the amount — we'll identify it, and sort out a refund if it shouldn't have been taken.
